- Turn water on/off
- Run household appliances
- Visual inspection of home(ceiling, under sinks, closets, windows etc.)
- Replace batteries in smoke detectors
- Flush toilets & turn on showers
- Check to make sure that the heating system is working properly
- Ensure a sufficient amount of heating fuel is present
- Property is shoveled and plowed as needed
- Property will be mowed and maintained, so that Realtors® can maximize the potential of your property during showings.
- Coordination of any maintenance needed during your absence.
