- Online payment options: AppFolio gives residents three convenient ways to pay electronically (Cash, E-Check, or Credit Card).
- On-Demand Access to Statements: Board Member and Condo Owner statements are securely posted to an online portal, saving you time and paper. Condo Owners have the ability to view property details for the past month as well as see payment history and make maintenance requests online.
- Document Back-Up: Documents are stored via cloud technology ensuring that a single hardware failure will not risk your data being lost.
- Fast Action Property Maintenance: We utilize AppFolio for electronic work-orders and communication with vendors to quickly resolve issues. At your request, we can email you a copy of the work order with real-time updates.
- Accounting Services: As a service to our clients we collect condo fees, late fees and penalties. We will assist in the creation of a budget and fixed asset planning. We will pay association bills while recording all transactions per GAAP along with reconcile accounts and provide reports as requested by the board.
- Management Services: We understand that our clients have busy lives thus, we handle all association phone calls, owner concerns as well as Board and owner emails. We act quickly with the Board to develop effective resolutions as needed as well as handle vendor contracts and payments.
- Maintenance & Repairs: APM Property Management proudly staffs a maintenance department who holds over 30 years of construction and repair work experience. We offer full general contracting including: windows, kitchens, baths, roofs, decks and more!
- Support: As a service to our clients we attend all Board and annual meetings, offering assistance wherever needed to facilitate smooth and effective meetings.
